In this role, you will impact the profitability and competitiveness of Honeywell’s electrical projects by ensuring precise and timely cost estimates that support strategic decision-making and project execution. Lead and manage the estimation process for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop detailed electrical cost estimates Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and identify potential risks Review and validate subcontractor and vendor quotes related to electrical components and services Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators in electrical estimating practices Participate in bid review meetings and present cost estimates to senior management Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies related to electrical estimating YOU MUST HAVE 6+ years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably with a strong background in construction or industrial electrical projects In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry standards Proficiency in using electrical estimating software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to electrical project cost estimation Ability to interpret electrical project plans, specifications, and drawings accurately WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Experience leading or mentoring estimating teams Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills #Transformer, #LV/MV/HV, #Switchgear, #Powerdistributionunits, #RingMainUnit, #UPS, #EnergyMeters #LY-Hybrid
