Assistant Vice President, CDAO Business Management Analyst Role Purpose Support the day-to-day operations of the APAC Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) by providing business management, administrative and coordination support across leadership activities, workforce administration, vendor management and team initiatives. The role helps ensure the smooth and effective running of the CDAO function. Key Responsibilities Business Management & Operations Support the preparation of management updates, presentations and reporting materials. Maintain team trackers, management information, organisation charts and shared repositories. Track and follow up on key actions, deliverables and outstanding items across the team. Support headcount tracking, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain vendor, contract, purchase order and invoice records. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement and external vendors on operational and administrative matters. Assist with budget administration and routine reporting where required. Executive Support & Administration Coordinate meetings, calendars, workshops and stakeholder engagements. Prepare meeting materials, minutes and action logs. Support travel arrangements, expense submissions and administrative requests. Assist with scheduling and logistics for leadership meetings and departmental activities. Maintain records, filing systems and team documentation. Communications, Events & Team Engagement Support the organisation of town halls, workshops, training sessions and team events. Assist with internal communications, newsletters and presentation materials. Coordinate participation in external events, industry engagements and partnership activities where required. Provide general coordination support across CDAO initiatives and activities. Requirement Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data Analytics or a related discipline. 5-8 years of experience in business management, PMO support, operational support, executive administration or departmental coordination, preferably within financial services, consulting or technology organisations. Skills & Attributes Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on actions. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft 365 applications. Comfortable preparing reports, presentations and status updates. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, reliable and service-oriented. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. Interest in Data, Analytics and AI would be an advantage.
