AVP/VP, KYC & Client Lifecycle Management Project Manager

Responsibilities Engage with Front Office, Operations and branch users across APAC to elicit, review and document business requirements for KYC and Client Lifecycle Management initiatives. Analyse current and target-state business and operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement. Facilitate workshops with users and relevant stakeholders to validate business requirements, process designs and change requests. Lead or support KYC and AML projects and initiatives, including the management of objectives, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies. Collaborate with Technology Business Analysts and project teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood, accurately documented and appropriately delivered. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing and production verification for KYC and Client Lifecycle Management system enhancements. Support the implementation of the Global Client Lifecycle Management project across APAC branches and follow up with Technology teams on project-related issues and defects. Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders and senior management, including progress, key risks, issues and required follow-up actions. Prepare user training materials, communications and implementation guidance, and support training for users across APAC branches. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered at AVP level. Experience working in a global financial institution or professional services firm. Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different organizational levels and locations. Ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity. Experience in KYC, AML, Client Lifecycle Management or related regulatory initiatives is desirable. Experience in system implementation, user acceptance testing, business process transformation or gap assessment is desirable.
