This dynamic role blends creative storytelling with targeted marketing execution, focusing on delivering compelling, high-converting content that resonates with player audiences and drives long-term brand loyalty. You’ll act as a trusted voice for the brand, crafting impactful messaging across multiple channels to ensure a seamless, engaging, and compliant player journey. ### **What you will be doing** - **Content Creation:** Create high-performing CRM, SEO, SMM, and other marketing content on behalf of the brand. - **Lifecycle Messaging:** Develop high-performing lifecycle communication, including email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messages. - **Campaign Adaptation:** Adapt global campaigns and marketing materials specifically for target markets. - **Brand & Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all content aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regional regulatory requirements. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate seamlessly with internal CRM, SEO, and design teams to deliver high-quality, cohesive campaigns. - **Quality & Consistency:** Maintain strict consistency in messaging, tone, and quality across all communication channels, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. _The duties and responsibilities described in this job description are not a comprehensive list and as such additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; The scope of the job may also be subject to change as necessitated by business demand._ ## Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing and editing within CRM or performance-driven marketing communication. - Fluent Spanish speaker with flawless grammar, stylistic accuracy, and a strong understanding of the market preferences. - Good command of English for effective communication within an international team. - Experience in iGaming or familiarity with industry terminology. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail. - Proactive, autonomous, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and collaboration dashboards.
